Anchor Splash
Over 100 chapters hold an annual Anchor Splash event which involves a series of water relays and a King Neptune's Dance which is a synchronized swimming competition. At Spring Hill College, the Eta Eta chapter founded Anchor Splash on Deck due to lack of a swimming facility. Each Spring, the Eta Etas hold the Anchor Splash event on Dorn field. Teams compete in water related relays including a shaving cream "Face Off", a bucket fill, and water balloon dodge ball event. We hold true to the Delta Gamma Tradition on still hold the King Neptune Dance Off as the major part of our event. Competitors show off their best dance moves to the tune of nautical and beach themed music. All proceeds from the event are given directly to our philanthropy, Service for Sight!
Stomp the Hill
In 2008, Kaiesha Ford, a member of the Eta Eta chapter, founded Stomp the Hill. Stomp is Eta Eta’s annual step show fundraiser held every fall. The event is open to all of campus where other Greek organizations, clubs, and other groups on campus can come together and show off their skills upon the dance floor.
